via Supreme Court Makes Landmark Decision Regarding Ohio Voter Fraud

In a ruling that could have implications for the November midterm elections, the Supreme Court ruled Monday that Ohio’s method for removing names from its list of registered voters does not violate federal law.

The court ruled 5-4 in favor of Ohio, with the five conservative judges supporting the state and the four liberal judges voting against it.

Eligible Ohio voters who have not cast a vote in more than two years receive a notice from the state. If that person fails to respond to the notice and doesn’t vote over the next four years, they are dropped from the registration list.

All states have methods for removing names from voter registration lists which usually involve people who have moved out of a given precinct or who have died. Voter inactivity is not usually a reason in and of itself.

The biggest folly I have seen about any election is when a town or city with a known population votes and when the votes are counted, they add up to more than the known population.  The dead should not vote and the media has convenience non-citizens to vote more and more.  Not to mention, the illegal voting more than once using someone elses name.

As a voter, you go to the polls on election day and do your civic duty and vote.  The next step is that the box of ballots go usually to the county/parish clerks office and everything gets counted up.  The number of voters that checked in at the polling place against the number of actual votes.  Now throw in the early voting and absentee ballots with their ballots and names already checked off and send all the numbers up to the next level, the county/parish board of commissioners, supervisors, directors, ect.  If the number of names and the number of ballots don’t match then a re-survey of the names begin.  After the county level is done and approved it will go to the State level to be reviewed.  Then on to the Federal level for Federal elections.

Now that is a lot of names to check through and the media makes you think it all happens in a twenty-four news cycle.  Depending on the type and kind of election it can actually take up to a week to three months to find out the real results of an election.

Maybe next week they will look into having a valid picture ID to check in to vote.

A Delaying tactic for Term Limits

If people think that Congress is talking about it then they don’t have to force the issue.  WRONG!

via Bipartisan Group of Lawmakers Pushes for Term Limits

An old approach to draining the Washington swamp has become new again as members of Congress push for congressional term limits.

Term limits were one of the items proposed in the 1994 Contract with America, developed by former House Speaker Newt Gingrich. Although the issue was widely debated at the time, and term limits were imposed on some local and state elected positions, the bid to create term limits at the federal level never succeeded. Although some states sought to limit congressional terms, The Washington Post noted that a court rejected those efforts. Instead, imposing congressional term limits requires a constitutional amendment, which would require two-thirds passage in the bitterly divided houses of Congress and then ratification by 36 states.

Republican Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania said he told Trump that there is a connection between length of service and corruption, according to the Washington Examiner.

“I made clear to the president that, as a former FBI special agent who oversaw the FBI’s Political Corruption Unit for the entire nation, I witnessed firsthand an undeniable correlation between the length of time in office and the instances of corruption,” Fitzpatrick said. “The lines that were very bright for elected officials on day one in office were not so bright in year seven or eight, and even less so in years 15 or 20.”

It is clear that if we wait for Congress to get around to doing this themselves, the proverbial hot place will freeze over first.  Those that are currently riding the establishment of power in Congress will always come up with the one vote not to allow something to curtail their power or cut off the millions they receive in office for doing something the highest bidder will pay for.  That folks,  will not be what you voted for them to do.

If you do any research, you will see that what they have made over their years in elected public service far exceeds what they are actually paid for.  With this, there are a few that say they are not making enough.  Is that after they just bought their second or third beach house?

A constitutional amendment for congressional term limits could never achieve the blessing of Congress; it could be initiated only by the states.  Dwight D. Eisenhower

To get anything done in this way will require that every state place it on the ballot and force a Constitutional Convention.  This would be a very steep hill to walk and a hard fight against the established political power and the media giants to return us to the original democratic republic we are supposed to be.    What former President Dwight D. Eisenhower was trying to say is that it is up to the people who cast the ballots to collect the signatures and force the issue.  It is not enough to just stand and be counted.  It is up to all of us to get the conversation started and ram it past the elected establishment, the media, the judges, and the naysayers.

In states that have passed term limits, there have been large changes in the diversity of those elected to office and a greater discussion of what really to be done within the state.

Recap of the 2016 Election

From the conventions to the day after the election vote was a whirlwind of accusations and counter acquisitions.

The candidates weathered the storm with the big and little news people doing all their work for them.

The scorecard was being used every which way you can imagine.

We found polling data that was correct, incorrect or outright wrong.

The regular voting blocs were content that everything was either going their way on one side and the other was fighting with themselves to control their party.

In among all of this was a small ground swell of voters getting ready to step up and make a change.

A change the political elite was not ready to see or hear.

Now in a real election, you would not get the results till the county or township election boards certified the results in their bailiwicks to be truthful and not tampered with. Those results would then be sent to the State elections board for review and certified.  Once these results were made public then a new leader would be notified.  This usually takes at least a week.

Now days, the major News Networks take it among themselves to do an ‘Informal’ head count and then start touting the new or re-elected leader of the free world.  For those that watched the coverage on election night they saw the Talking Heads of the news networks where all happy at the start of their coverage and by the end of the night, they were at a loss of words as to what was happening.

Earlier I mentioned a ground swell of voters. They stepped up and made a decision to VOTE.  I would have like to said a tidal wave but that would be every legal United States of America citizen voting.

Late on election night, when the numbers started to signal a change the country held its breath. It was like watching a football game in the final seconds and with forth and ninety-nine, a quarterback sneak running for the touchdown.  Both sides cheered the last chance win but then the losing side realized they had lost.  They sat in stunned silence for a long time then they felt they got cheated.  They took to the streets to express their anger and in some cases caused riots.  While the rest of America turned returning to their lives.  But the elites and the News Networks want that dissent to further their goals.

Before the election you had one side saying the other side was rigging the voting and the major news networks and the White House was saying that it couldn’t happen and would never happen. Now that they lost, they are now coming forward saying it was rigged by someone or by other countries.

For a Presidential election there is one more step. The Electoral College.  This step in the Presidential election is the final step our founding fathers placed before us to ensure that select few states would maintain control of the government for their own benefit.

We close out the 2016 Election Year with many things still going on. What will the next year bring is still open to debate.

Politics Rigged???

Now someone is running around saying in a ‘SHOCKING POLL’, that the elections are now rigged. Under what rock or drug induced life have you been living?  Anyone that took American History in high school knows that it has happened since the beginning of this nation.  (Do they even teach the ‘Real’ American History in schools anymore?)

Today we have computers and cell phones which brought about the new social media and instant results of what is happening in the world and right next door. With the amount digital excrement that is being force at us, you would think that we, the normal everyday person with a mundane job and family lived in conceivable bliss.  We are now told that everything we learned from the beginning of our lives and was a civil staple of our families’ lives is wrong.  We walk wrong. We talk wrong.  We eat wrong.  We live wrong.

It is time that this social experiment is stopped. It is time that one person’s vote is real.  Not to have one person pull a lever at a designed time and have ten thousand votes from the grave for one candidate or another, when the total live populace for the town at the time is eight thousand.  It is time that the political elite to lose their power over the people that are supposed to elect them.  The will of the people is supposed to be used by the elected to guide our path, not the will of the elected.

There are many arguments that can be placed to go either one way or another. The one I hear the most is the one of candidates promising to ‘Give’ you something for your vote.  So, you give your vote and they win.  Tit for Tat right. Now you want you’re something.  Now the elected official says, “I can’t give you your something because (some excuse about the opposing party, movement, or prior agreement I made.)…” “But please continue to support me as I do what you wish for.”

I believe that everyday people have seen that all elections are rigged in some way and we have been just following like sheep. I don’t care if it is my truth, your truth, or the real truth, it is time to find a leader that will not give you what you want but will lead you in what you need.
